Hugh Hunt has spent over a decade in workforce strategy, go to market leadership, and the future of work. He holds the MIT Sloan Certification in Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy and has worked across construction, technology, healthcare, and financial services.
He built that career twice over. While holding full-time roles at enterprise and high-growth companies, he simultaneously built a portfolio as a fractional executive and solopreneur, advising more than twenty early-stage companies through market entry, revenue design, and the work of getting a business to stand on its own.
Running both tracks at once taught him what neither one teaches alone. The Hunt For More came out of that. It exists to hand other people the frameworks he built for himself, whether they are going out on their own, growing a career, or doing both, and to put that talent to work where industries and communities need it most.
